50 minute psychotherapy appointment $100.00

Group Fee $100.00 per month

Insurance
This is a fee for service practice. Payment is due on the date of the appointment.

Insurance reimbursement may be available as "out of network.”  It will be your responsibility to determine.  You will also be responsible for filing your own paperwork. Check with your insurer about the specifics.

Cash, check, all major credit cards though PayPal are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled with 24 hour notice.  No shows or short notice

cancellations will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
